Join us for a special evening designed to help women of all ages (truly all ages - elementary, junior high, high school, college, and adults) prepare their hearts for the coming season of Advent. We invite you to relax...make deep and honest connections with other sisters in Christ...and enjoy a warm meal with a variety of scrumptious soups, breads, and desserts. The evening will include a devotion to encourage us as we begin the holiday season.
Tickets for this event are $10 each and will be paid through pre-registration. You can choose to sit at a table to meet new people or sit with those you already know.
There are lots of volunteer opportunities in order to make this event happen! All volunteer positions, other than serving the meal, can also attend the event by purchasing a meal ticket.
- Decorate a Table (Provide table setting for 6, as well as decorations for the table. More details will be provided after you sign up)
- Host a Table (Facilitate a welcoming atmosphere for all at your table through conversation)
- Event Decor Team (Decorate the entrance and coffee house area leading to the Community Center at the Cedar Falls Campus)
- Kitchen Crew (Assist with cooking and baking for the meal the day of the event)
